I would play it, best factory finish I've seen on one of these yet. Love the matching green Gibson/LesPaul logos on the headstock. I would have to loose the wood knobs though, just not a fan of them.

It does need black knobs, and I don't know what Gibson were thinking moving the toggle to the lower side and making the normal toggle a killswitch. But it does generally look good.
This guitar isn't new at all. Just the paint job is. They've had red and black ones out just like this for a few years now. There are a couple kicking around town. I like them alot. It's true that they are barely finished although the "not even sanded" comments are just whiners. I would buy one if I didn't know I could make it better for less money.
