Depends what your friends are like, but I've found Old Crow Medicine Show's "Wagon Wheel" to be BY FAR the most popular sing-a-long song in the past few years. No matter where I go, people always freakin' want me to play that song. I learned it out of necessity before I'd ever even heard the recording.
