From Sperzel to Kluson Vintage

1st - bushings to fit the hole

2nd - the small hole in the side of Sperzel

must be closed? Or there is not discomfort for the screws of the rear Kluson vintage?

 
There is no need, other than looks, to fill the smaller of the holes, I think the Kluson will cover the holes. A sleeve or bushing would help to make the large hole smaller. It should be tight, but not too tight dont crack the wood of the headstock.

I do not know about the specific tuners you plan on using, but I am not sure this is a great idea. IMHO.

Sure, as I wrote (1st)

I do not know about the specific tuners you plan on using, but I am not sure this is a great idea. IMHO.

II think that any brand tuners are better than Sperzel.
