fret problem

I just ordered my 4th neck and the first one has some frets disintegrating. The only prob is the frets. I've had it at least 10 years.

A photo of what you mean by "disintegrating" might help, as would some information about the climate you live in, and whether you tend to have particularly acid sweat, or at least whether you sweat a lot when you play.
