hi guys, if your like me and can't afford photoshop and are against using torrents, there is a program called Paint.net that does the job pretty well.

I've been using Gimp (www.gimp.org) on my laptop for quite some time 'cause I can't justify buying or stealing photoshop from Adobe.
Same with OpenOffice.org & M$ Office

^ same here. Gimp is really clunky to use though, how is the Paint.net user experience?

I have never used gimp so i couldn't compare but paint.net does the job and its much simpler to use then photoshop. I like how you can practically import any format. Considering its free its amazing what you can do with it.

Used paint.net to do this:

It's kinda photoshop lite. Been using it for a couple of years. Not hard to use at all.
