Flame Koa Jazz Bass

Moving the thread to this section as I begin assembly; another knob survey, see pic below...  Metal barrel knobs or Gibson bells? To answer the next obvious question, I'm wiring this up like a normal Jbass with 2 vol - 1 tone, but adding the 3-way toggle, never understood why Fender didn't do that....

Barrel knobs definitely.  Excellent choice on the wiring.  Mines wired the same.

I like the metal knobs on this one. +1 to the toggle. doesnt seem to be enough difference when trying to blend two pickups together with vol knobs to be useful for me anyway.

Rio Grande's? You shoot nitro on that baby?
