The necks wenge with bloodwood fingerboard, the wenge i think it is im not sure, positive bout the bloodwood, need to look at the order sometime
and its going to be fitted with seymour duncan quarterpound pickup at the front and a rio grande powerbucker at the back.
black hardware, rotosound strings, and a switch for different sounds.
However this all depends when i get in contact with a guy from peterborough near where i live for either drilling the holes for the jack socket and such or putting it all together himself there.
Hopefully some of it ill be able to do myself, possibly just the wiring but maybe more than that. more pictures when im any further with this.
Any questions just ask  :occasion14:

Cheers wasnt sure what purple to go with, glad i went for the translucent purple in the end  :toothy10:
oh and forgot to mention gb7 tuners and a takeuchi 75 bridge

Update got the holes drilled for strap holders and everything that warmoth couldnt do, so gonna finish the tuners tommorow and post pics as i go :D

Fantastic looking. I don't dig the Z body for guitars, but I love it for bass. It's totally made for that.

Warmoth's transparent finishes are great, aren't they? Even better "in the flesh".

I love the finish, what wood is that? I've been thinking of a trans purple finish for years but I rarely see it come out a shade I like.

John indeed transparent finishes are great :P haha
and its a swamp ash body, the purple seems to be very light affected on mine, when its in alot of light its more a purple pinky colour, but still purple more, when its lower light its a much darker purple like the picture, ill post pictures of both situations when its done to show you.
Question guys, ive got to the point of installing the pick ups, and well how should i approach these, is it copper foil the cavity, pre drill holes and then install pick ups or is there more to it? any advice would be helpful :)
