From what I can tell, looks good. But the pics are very, very large. Maybe try making some downsized copies?

Looks good. Although I would something about that recess route. YMMV.

But cool looking guitar.  :icon_thumright:

The recess route would look good blacked out.  Still, it is a pretty guitar!

Nice and understated.  I like it - very classy superstrat.

What kind of floyd is that? Though the pictures are small, the bridge saddles look a little strange?

Well done.

It is a original floyd with all stainless steel screws including ss screws on the lock nut. Also installed a 42mm brass L block all purchased from www.floydupgrades.com.

The body is alder with flame maple I routed the jack out by the strap button wil gake pics of that when I get back home.

The pickups are tom anderson sa2+r in the neck and a suhr doug aldrige in the bridge with a emg spc control.

The neck is all quarter sawn maple with ss ftrets.

Fantastic job for your first build!  :headbang:  How does it play?  Do you like your pickup choices?

Thanks I love it.  It plays fantastic and I love the pickups.  The sa2+r is just hot enough to go with the suhr aldrige.  I can get everything from a bluesy bb king tone to a heavy rich metal tone and the spc control adds a nice mid boost gain during solos.  This thing just BLEEEEEDS Tone all over the place.

Impressive.  :icon_thumright: Did I understand correctly that you did the jack input yourself?
Did you only have to do a little local finishing then, or did you finish the entire body?

Yes I did the jack myself. I installed a regular strat jack plate on the side of the body by the strap button it fits really well there and gives a nice look with the cable plugged in. I had warmoth finish the body and I took a dremel and routed the hole needed for the jack plate.

That's a great idea, using the stock strat plate. Nice build, love that gittar  :headbang: :glasses9: :party07: :icon_thumright:
