First build floating 510 trem install question

Hey everyone,

Enjoying my first build so far.  Got the body painted and  to a high gloss and ready for some hardware installing. 

Can I do the trem before electronics and pickups?  I think I read somewhere to the electronics and pickups first but I am waiting on a pickguard for about another week and wanting to move forward.

The main question though is can anybody point me into the correct direction for installing the Gotoh 510 floating trem?  How far in do I go with the screws in the back?  I realize this is part of set up taste but generally is it a few turns or drive them halfway roughly. 

Is it as simply as placing on the inserts locking in the hex key bolts ad then screw the back piece screws in then make adjustments?

Just a standard 3 single coil strat with a pearl paint job.  Of course now I have about 7 other builds in my head.

Of course you can do the trem before doing pickups. In fact you would at least want to dry mount a trem before fitting a pickguard to check clearances and fit etc.
