Fender mid boost/TBX with P90s?

I haven't tried it with P90s, but I did have a Clapton Strat at one point with that the mid boost/TBX, and it was a wiring scheme - simple to use, but very useful sounds.

Yes, I have 2 Clapton strats.

P-90's tend to be midrangy with subdued highs, so the TBX might start putting it into 'cocked wah' territory, but there's no reason it wouldn't work. Probably more useful with very scooped Blackface type amps. IMO the midboost would be more suited towards brighter single coils, than a P-90, though.
