Ok. So it's not exactly 'just out of the box'. I've had it for a few weeks now. But I just got the new batteries for my camera, and it's mate is due in tomorrow :blob7:, so I better get started.

I'm sorry the pics are not better. But buying a camera does not a photographer make, any more than buying a guitar (or 10) has made me a musician.

Specs.
Headstock Jazzmaster®
Construction Warmoth Pro
Orientation Right Handed
Shaft Wood Indian Rosewood
Fingerboard Wood  Indian Rosewood
Nut Width 1 11/16"
Back Contour 59 roundback
Fretwire SS6150 (Stainless)
Tuner ream Sperzel (25/64")
Fret Number 22
Radius 10-16" Compound
Inlays Mother Of Pearl Dots
Nut Install GraphTech White TUSQ
Scale 25-1/2 in.

So there she is. My 2nd rosewood neck. I want you all to know that this is you're fault!
This affliction that I have. This unhealthy craving for raw un-finished wood.

For that, I THANK YOU!

:rock-on:

That's some purdy grain on that.

Nothing unhealthy about wanting to let your wood go free, uncovered and exposed to the world. Wait, that came out wrong...

Could somone please explain to me what I did wrong with my pictures?
I wanted them to enlarge when clicked on.
Instead they go to the pic on the Photobucket site.
I used the link from the pic that is supposed to be a 'clickable thumbnail' but it isn't working the way I thought it would.
Thanks
Doug

Somebody else asked about this the other day, and not having done what you're asking before I didn't have a good answer. I use my own server to host images, so it's never been an issue for me. But, after goofing around a bit it appears to me that what you've done is use the HTML "IMG" tag to feed it an address to the image on Photobucket. So, when you click on it after it's published, that's where it takes the user.

I think what you want is achieved by clicking on the "Attachments and other options" link just below the message editing box. There, it will ask you for an address to an image that it can upload to Warmoth's server. That image can come from anywhere, including your own HDD.

I think this method is generally preferred by Warmoth though because your pictures don't take up room on their servers (the "click to enlarge" pictures usually do).

But yeah, if you want that style, go down to "Attachments" below the box for typing your post and you can add files there, which will then be uploaded to Warmoth's servers.

Cagey, Thank you. I think I see what I did wrong.

NQbass7, Thank you. Maybe I'm better off leaving it alone. It doesn't really matter I guess, I used to be able to do the click to enlarge, but since the format change I can't seem to get it right. So I thought I'd ask.

Thanks again to both.

Thanks for that too. The pics don't really do it justice. It's my 2nd rosewood from Warmoth, I had wanted to try a pau neck this time but when this came up in the showcase I couldn't resist. I'm a sucker for straight grain.

Me, too. But, sometimes the squirrelly stuff is irresistible, too. A nice Ziricote neck is tough to take your eyes off of, and there have been some incredible Cocobolo parts show up recently. I bought a Rosewood neck a little while back because it was that way. First bit of Rosewood I've bought in about 100 years.

Next time, Pau Ferro for you. Everybody should have at least one. That is some wicked nice stuff.
