ePaintStore.com is horrible, dont buy from them

I attempted to purchase some 'Minwax 'Special Dark' Paste Wax from them as that specific product is not sold anywhere in my vicinity and Mixwax, Lowes and Home Depot all said that they would get it to me....if I bought a case of 12.  I need like a few ounces, not 12 pounds of the stuff.  So I ordered it from ePaintStore.com.  It took them a week to email me that my order was processed and will ship in a few days.  They never sent me a tracking number, no one answers the phones, and they have returned only 1 of the 5 emails I have sent them.

I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and I expect that it will be removed since I never received the product.

Just letting the Warmoth forum family know that this vendor is not reliable.

So lo and behold, I get home and there is a package from this company.  Apparently it was shipped from someplace in GA, nowhere near where the vendor is located, which is fine.  I'll cancel my dispute with my credit card company, but I will let the shipper know that they are dealing with an unreliable front-end.
