Not that I ever worried about, but in my set list is La Bamba that transitions seamlessly into Twist and Shout. A crowd favorite. And at least in the Southern District of NY, thanks to Ed, I will never have to worry. I believe the rest of NY has to respect what the southern district says, so come to NY and mix up some songs!

What Ed was facing is the same BS that Aaron was dealing with. I’m glad of the decision as well as the pat the attys took. They played a mash mix of about 100 songs with the same chord progression and key.
