DYI squaring rounded fretboard

I ordered a really awesome in-stock neck and it has a rounded fretboard end. The neck is finished but I was going to square the end off a bit. Anyone done this or should I leave it?
Seems pretty simple with a sanding block and some. patience.

Personally, I would not try it.
Next time, call Warmoth and ask them to square off the fretboard end. They offer it as an off-menu option.

I used to have them squared but this neck was in stock and it looked awesome so I bought it.
