You can get that kind of reach by shortening your strap and playing with the guitar neck up higher with your thumb behind the neck instead of wrapped around. Makes a huge difference.
Those double stops starting at 0:11 are insane. Uffe's a huge talent and clearly a disciplined artist.

That, and another 2 surgeries to straighten out the ring finger on my left hand, and cut away the scar tissue from the tendons! But even then, I couldn't match Mr. Steen's chops!
Apologies, I proceeded on the assumption of most abled folks, i.e., everyone is equipped the same as me. Sorry to hear about your injuries. And very happy to know that you're undeterred from enjoying what music can add to your life.

No apologies necessary! I'm over it a long time ago. Playing guitar was actually part of my PT, (self prescribed), made me stretch further than I would have without it. These days I just accept that there's certain chords I can't hit, make me look for alternative fingerings and positions!
Hi Logrin
Thanks for posting my chord video.
I was surprised , as I had planned to post another video here, too.
I hope its not too much posting, but I did it, anyhow. :glasses9:
My best Uffe
No posting of yours is too much.
I’m sure everyone here welcomes all things you post.
Take care,
Logrinn
(And greetings from Lund, Sweden. Let me know if you will be doing any concerts in Copenhagen. I visit there often.)
