Danish Oil only?

So I have a mahogany body and neck I wanted a natural oiled finish look to... I've applied a couple coats of danish oil and really like how it looks.
On the can it says it "stains, seals. and proctects", can I use just this oil or do I have to hard finish (nitro or polyurethane) as well?

That should be fine.  DangerousR6 has done that type of finish on his Krankenstein and Billy Bo builds.

I've used it on a couple of builds I just wanted completely natural looking. You may need to reapply a coat or two once or twice a year, depending on your environmental conditions.
