Warmoth Showcase Roasted Maple Neck
The body was 3.3 lbs. The 2Tek bridge .9 lbs. Can't remember what the rest weighed, but it is a very light weight guitar, probably around 6 lbs. It must have been the last (or one of the last) 2TEK Bridge that Warmoth had, because they just threw all of the pieces in a ziplock bag and put it in the shipping box.
Nice! How is the tone? I know builders usually recommend a mahogany neck or a warmer neck wood with the mahogany/koa body. I personally like roasted maple necks, so I’ve never considered a build like this. Does it feel balanced? Or is it bright?
