So, I'm organizing my lefty iceman build for the near future. I just got in the neck template(needed an accurate representation of the 3+3 headstock) and sent off an email to Warmoth to ask a couple questions.(whether I could send in the actual template, if so, should I cut the headstock part from the neck, and if so, where to make the cut) I just realized I had another one, but rather than send off another email, I figured I'd ask here first.
When getting a custom headstock done, does anyone know if it has to be a design that will fit on their normal paddle headstock? I'm assuming the iceman headstock will fit, but it is a bit longer than a normal 6x1 side ones. I couldn't find dimensions for the paddle headstocks on Warmoth's site.
Also, to get this question out of the way, I got the template for the truss rod cover too. Does anyone have any suggestions for what material to use for the truss rod cover?
