Fender now has one called Guitar Builder but I couldn't get it to run on IE or Firefox.  Don't know if it needs a plug in, etc.  Didn't see any listed.  Maybe it's just me.  :tard:

Not exactly ideal, but I've been using it as a twisted graphic design program since I was 8 years old, so I know how to do things with it that most have no clue about.
