Ok ... where was that picture taken, I didn't know they had sand pits in the northwest? I thought is was like volcanos, weed, expensive coffee, giant trees, rain, salmon and space needles.

Well it was at Double Bluff beach on Whidbey island. The sand is at the bottoms of the cliffs. Beautiful there.
