It looks awesome!  :kewlpics: I'm SO gonna do that with my stupid Morgan strat :laughing7:

Jimi would be sooooo proud of you...
That is just smokin'  :laughing11: :laughing11: :laughing11:
Can't wait to see how she turns out.
:rock-on:

its lots of fun!!!
I sanded off a little more red, and sanded everything smooth with 220 and 320

I was out of ebony stain, so I slapped on some red mahogany for an aging effect...  more pics later!!

You're gonna light it up again, right?

I probably will.. partially...
I sanded off the red patch right under the trem cavity, left of the jack cavity, and I can't get it as dark as I want to.. so I may light that part again :)

I can only wait to see what you do to the neck. Maybe backing the head stock into a meat grinder for a minute and then a sand down? then drip blood colored stain on the fret board?
keep up the killer work

Killer looking concept. Keep it up. I think it needs a DangerousR6 neckplate. Something with the wording "Pyro" would be my suggestion.

How about...."On Squire".... :laughing7:

Move over Rover, let Marko take over!  :headbang:

If the body is a 3 piece - be careful of warping. If it is made from el cheapo laminated ply wood, be careful of delamination.....some of us have done this before.(when I dust off my Trashy LP copy I'll post a pic)... :icon_thumright:
