Coil Split Push Pull Wiring Diagram Help

Hi everyone!

New to the forum, but have been quietly reading tons of posts over the past few months (there is so much awesome information out there!). I'm getting all my ducks in-a-row to start my first Warmoth build. I've tinkered with guitars a lot in the past, but finally sold on the idea of doing my own build!

I'm planning to do a 2 humbucker, 1 volume pot, 1 tone pot build (either a regal or VIP, still deciding), with plans to have push-push pots for both volume and tone pots to coil split each humbucker individually. I've done some re-wiring in the past, so thankfully I'm not a complete noob, but I can't seem to find a diagram that shows coil splitting each humbucker individually with a 3-way toggle instead of a 3-way blade switch. I found 3 diagrams that have parts of what I need (one has the 3-way toggle but does a coil tap instead of coil split, the others have the coil split but a blade switch instead of toggle). Is anyone able to help me out figuring out how to wire a coil split for each pickup to a 3 way toggle switch? If too complicated, I might have to settle for some changes in my build as I'm still in the planning stages, but I really appreciate any responses!

Follow the second diagram. Wire the black wires to the toggle switch instead of the blade switch similar to what is shown in the 3rd diagram. Wire colours assume you are using Seymour Duncan colour codes.

By the way the 3rd diagram is showing coil splits incorrectly called coil taps.

A coil tap is a different thing altogether.

Also check out Freeway Switches and peruse the toggle section. They have diagrams that split the pups, and you can pick between slug coils or screw.

Thank you so much! The third diagram I only added because it has the 3 way toggle wiring but has the tap and not split; I was initially trying to figure out if I could use that diagram to help figure out the switch wiring (not the pickups aspect). I really appreciate the help.

The third diagram, although it incorrectly calls it a tap, is just showing a coil split the same as the others.
