CLEAR Pickguards

+1 for the clear pickguard material.  Mainly for the protective purposes. 

I'm intrigued by the clear contact sticker-thing though...for those of you who have used it, is it safe to use over a nitro finish?  If you were to pull it up at some point in the future, do you think it would cause issues?  Also, where did you purchase it from?

I've honestly lost lacquer to masking tape that was left on for a weekend.  I personally stay away from adhesives on nitro finishes for any length of time.  Just my 2 cents.
