Cleaning up an old, grungy guitar?

So, the good news is, I got a Warmoth. For $200, even. I got it off an ebay auction, by the Seattle goodwill.  I got it so cheap because it's a bit dirty, and because it "doesn't work."  Which just means one of the wires needs soldering.

So, I have this "guitar cleaner and polish" stuff for the body, but  what's the best way to clean an ebony fretboard?

Lemon oil.

Just soak the whole thing in a vat of canola oil for a week.  Deep-fry and serve.
