Does the Clapton V go all the way down the back of the neck or does it flatten out?
I’ve gotten a Cutlass and it has a V shape and I was wondering if it’s similar at all to the Clapton?

Can't help with how similar it is to your Cutlass, but the V goes all the way - it's not a 'V to C' style.

How sharp is the V?
Does the sharpness stay consistent too?

It definitely keeps the 'ridge' all the way up the neck, but obviously it feels less sharp as the angle widens along with the width of the neck. I wish I had a contour gauge.
