Choosing Your Neck

I'm making my first guitar and I'm looking at the angled paddle neck because I want to create the head myself. Anyways when you go into the angled paddle neck page it gives you three options. What are the differences between them all?

The scale length, mainly. If you are talking about the first step in the builder page (1. Construction), there's is a "detail" button on which you can click to get more info about that particular option.
