I found this on eBay while scrounging for the $100 build, and had good luck with this store. I'll be buying from them again, and thought I'd pass it along to you.

$7 bridge, $10 tuner sets, their $8 soapbar pickup sounds pretty good actually. Based in China so us North Americans have a 2-3 week wait to get the stuff, and its all knockoff I think, "Gotoh-style," but if you need to fix up a cheap guitar or something it might work out well for you. I don't know if its worthy of being bolted onto a Warmoth, but for other projects, sure.
My vintage-style bass tuners were heavy but solid and stable, and the pickup sounds good even if I had to trial-and-error wire the thing.
