Case for a Tiltback Strat Neck

I built a Strat recently, using a Warmoth Tiltback Strat neck.  (Because string trees are :evil4

Has anyone tried using a standard Strat case with these necks?  I don't have one on hand to check, but it seems like there could be an issue with the back of the headstock hitting the inside of the case.

I've put Jacksons into the G&G strat cases with no issue. Can't say for certain about the Warmoth neck though. I bet you'd be ok.
