Bypassing an active preamp

So I'm thinking about a 'Sadowsky'-ish wiring scheme for my next build.  They have a two band EQ plus a passive treble rolloff and a bypass switch for the preamp.

I'm thinking about using an Aguilar OBP-2 preamp and trying one the ToneStyler Bass tone controls.

The ToneStyle expects passive pickups.  No problem.  Just go pickups->ToneStyler->Aguilar.

I just need a switch to take the Aguilar out of the signal chain and turn the battery off.  I'm thinking it would need to be some kind of 3-pole switch, but I'm having a hard time coming up with a source.  Anyone got any suggestions or other recommendations for the signal chain?

Hmmm - if you're ok with not running full bypass, you can do it with a DPDT mini-switch.

But there are 3PDT switches out there:
