Broken screw head

While installing a pickup, one of the screw heads for a pickup mounting ring broke off inside the body. Does anybody have any suggestions on what to do? The other three screws are fine, and it doesn't seem to affect the sound any, but it certainly isn't perfect.

There's a video on doing it here. Thinly disguised sales pitch, but the product does work.

I think some have mentioned chucking a hollow brass tube with a roughed-up end into a drill motor to accomplish the same thing.

You are not the 1st to have this problem, and there are several good ideas here about how to get them out
