Bridge Routing Prices?

I'm filling out a body order form and it asks me for the price of the bridge or tremolo I want the body routed for, but I can't find the the prices anywhere on the site. Does anyone know the price list for the routing options?

Other than the $15.00 charge for the recessed Tune-O-Matic, it appears to be included in the price of the body.
