Short answer: yes!
Long answer: . . . er... yes. The 5 hole bridge pattern is quite standard. Any Hipshot 4 string noted as "Fender mount" will fit. There's nothing close to a standard for 5 strings, though, even within Fender; they use at least 3 different mounts on current models.
