well.. "jacked" usually means extremely muscular in my knowledge of american slang. "jacked up" is not actually a term i've ever heard before. but either way, I would expect that this may be a browser issue before a problem w/ the website. I don't know what could change that would suddenly cause the builder to appear screwy. But yeah, taking it up w/ W directly is probably a good idea
