Again, all depends on the guitar body top. The busier the top, the calmer the fretboard, generally. So if the top is busy then black, if calmer then cream. Can you wait until you see how the body turns out before making the decision?
Not that its as red as Bloodwood but my Bubinga fretboard on a neck of the same wood has cream dots and after about 5 years now I cannot imagine having gone with black dots. But as others have said, the finish of the body and overall aesthetic of the guitar should factor in. My guitar in this case has a black finish.
