Black strat with white pickguard...

My strat began life as black w/white pickguard (in 93).
I changed the pickguard to pearloid around 2005

It's got this look now:

No need for a full shot. You've seen 'em before, or in my signature.

What kind of trem is that? How does it compare to others?
