Bird's eye maple neck: grade

In your opinion, this is a standard or 3A grade bird's eye maple?

I would call it standard, but if you're looking to match it, the showcase is the way to go.

unfortunately all the bird's eye neck (vintage, v-modern and pro) are with front dot.

It's hard to tell from that picture because it's not real sharp nor a closeup, but based on the obvious AMOUNT of birdseye figuring I'd grade it at least 3A

I would guess it's 3A, but per Max's suggestion, use the showcase not to find a replacement neck, but simply for matching up what Warmoth calls which grade.  If their plain Birdseye is figured enough but has dots, order the plain grade w/out dots.  Despite what the website says, a salesman told me the non-dot necks are refundable because they do sell.  Double check it with them though.
