Better than a Gibson Robot

looks really cool, to me, but others will think it looks ugly.

Seems too big though, but it's got all the bits to make it look awesome.
 
If they keep going in this direction, the tuner will soon play the guitar for you.  I like to play guitar because it is a challenge.  I wish these folks would stop trying to take the challenge out of it.
 
They have been around for a long time.... When I lived in Denver there was a guy named Dave Beagle that used them... both were incredible.

HA..... it was 10 grand about 15 years ago AND you had to provide the Les Paul....
 
ouch, a little chuck of cash eh, I'll stick with my 1g warmoth and 50 dollar tuner, it is a rather interesting idea, maybe one day it will be cheap enough for the average guitarist to buy one.
 
I have a friend who uses a similar system and he swears by it. It's good for guitarists who play in lots of different open style tunings but at this point it's still an insane rock star luxury for the rest of us.
