Bass6 neck with a Short Scale Bass Body - Is anyone tried this?

Where have you got the info that the pocket is compatible? It does look to be a similar size but I can't find dimensions for the Bass VI pocket. The screw holes are in a different place but you could drill your own.
Likewise the bridge would not be in the normal location and I don't know if Warmoth would drill it for you (for an upcharge), or if you'd have to do that yourself.
I'd be interested to know if you get definite answers - best to call Warmoth direct.

I don't have the info about the pocket compatibility, sorry, I just said that they seem the same. I will ask Warmoth to confirm and keep you posted once I know.
For the bridge, since Warmoth uses CNC routing, I doubt that they will be able to to it to my specifications. I plan to use an hardtail bridge if I go this way so it won't be a big issue to drill it myself.
Not sure yet if I will go this way, I need some more gigs to have the fundings before starting anything.

You should definitely check but I had looked earlier and the description stated that they were only compatible with Warmoth Bass6 bodies and it's probably right.
I know there's not a ton of demand for this but I do definitely wish that they offered a 30" conversion neck (like the ones from K* on ebay) or that they offered more routing options for their short scale bass bodies. So that folks (like me) that want a bass 6 have a few more options.

Apologies for my blunt reply. I should have said hello and welcome to the forum. You'll find a lot of helpful and knowledgeable folks here - most of them are friendlier than me!
This is just a rough scale from the mounting holes:
This is completely unreliable but, even though the mounting holes are in a completely different place, the actual pocket does look close enough that it's worth a call to check.
