are z body guitars balanced in a way that the neck stays where you want?

Are z body guitars able to keep the guitar neck pointed to where you want them to point? I want to buy a guitar body that has no neck dive and the neck stays where you want to neck to stay without having your hands or arm touch the guitar.

No personal experience but the z horn is designed for precisely that purpose. If you have the strap button near the 12th fret you should have a fairly well balanced guitar. Unless it has an acrylic body or something

I had one with the KL headstock on it and it never had a dive issue, was totally balanced and well anchored.
