So I was just looking around the gallery on the Warmoth site, and I came across this guy, Rick Mariner, who apparently owns 17! Yes 17!! Warmoth guitars!

You must own a warehouse to store them all in....I own about 7 guitars and a bass guitar and I have used up all my spare storage areas inside my townhouse! (You know I'm bloody envious of your projects, Orph..  :icon_thumright: )

Use wall space and hang guitars for art value that they possess.  A little nice lighting...a small label off to the bottom left with name, brand and date...easy access. I have 10 stringed instruments in my living room outside of cases.  They hang on the walls and on stands where they are easy to get to for my playing pleasure.  Want the fullness of a 12 string? Grab it...tune it...play it.    Ya, I know not the best thing for the instrument, but it is best for me.

Yes, IT is. The strat has a motherbucker in the bridge.patb2/stagmag hybrid,Grover tuners,gotoh bridge. No finish on the alder,Brazilian rosewood board on flamed maple.the tele needs a fretjob,but has a macassar ebony neck and board,on a walnut thinline body.

Look at IT this way. If i buy a Picasso,van Gogh or Rembrandt,am i supposed to paint as good as he did? I like to build,noodle a bit,play,and its for my fun.and it happens i can play well.not super,but well. I learn every day. its all about having fun and enjoying what you do.
