Apologies in advance......newbie damn question

I'm sorry but I can't find the answer.  Will any necks other than the strat necks work on my new strat body.?  ie a warmoth model neck?  or a jazzmaster?  LP even?

Is the body from Fender? If so, then yes.

Yep, they will work - as long as the neck heel is a strat style heel.  I believe that the only case where it's not by default is if you buy a tele headstock neck.

Wow, thanks.  Its a Warmoth body but I'm doing and SG-ish strat and the warmoth neck looked attractive.  The LP would cross into too-cheesy I think.

W necks look cool but a bit too close to PRS maybe, you could also consider a variax head, that's a nice simple headstock.

Baritones, yes.  However, the 7-strings heel width is wider.  That's why no Fender headstock, IMO.
