My first attempt at dying is sitting patiently curing with 20 coats of Colortone Nitro, and ready for me to start the sanding/polishing routine this weekend. I really hate wet sanding and saw this pop up on Stew Mac's home page, so went ahead and ordered the starter kit to be here by this weekend. Looked at some reviews and YouTube videos and it seems everyone loves it. Wondering if anyone here has experience with it:

I just finished a refin on a 1959 LPS and used the Eagle abrasives for the first time and I'm quite impressed. I didn't go full gloss but I suspect wet sanding will be better if you want it glass smooth. I've still got drawers full of wet/dry paper so I'm not about to replace it all. But, I'll stock up on the Eagle stuff when it goes on sale. Right now Stewmac is doing 20% off if you're a member

Great to know, thanks. I did order it with the sale, and it was supposed to deliver Saturday, but got held up due to weather. I was all ready to finish it up this weekend dang it ! Supposed to get it today though.
