I'm curious to actually see how far the extension goes over the pickup. The body blank I ordered has a pickup positioned for a 22 fret neck, but part of me wants a 24 fret neck for my next build. I've seen the diagrams on the Warmoth site but I'd rather see actual pics of someone laying the neck in over the neck pickup.
Anyone attempt to put a 24 fret WM neck on a 22 fret routed body?

I know of a 24 fret neck without the pickup reposition on the body. The owner sawed off part of the neck extension to make it fit. I believe it has 23 frets now.
Most neck pickups on 21/22 fret guitars are positioned where a 24th fret would go, hence why a reposition is needed.
Not something to plan on doing if you are aware of it up front.
