Any interesting potentiometers out there?

Hey guys,
I was playing with some pots this weekend and think I may need to buy some long-shaft versus short-shaft ones, so I was researching where to buy them cheaply and found some from Digikey.

This got me thinking: is there any interesting brands or types of pots out there besides the standard CTS/Bourns that have anything different or cool features? maybe LED ring or something like that?

I feel there isn’t much that hasn’t already been tried and done that ended up getting chopped because it didn’t make sense. LEDs will require onboard power, which would be kind of extraneous on a passive guitar. Sliders/faders for an onboard EQ might be cool.

Interesting pots? There are different kinds, linear and audio taper, and then you can add things like a treble bleed for low volumes. Sustainiac? I know with pedals you can have pot that lights up. I don't know how, or if, they can used in a guitar. Probably need a battery.
