OK I but my wired strat plate back into my orig strat body. Oh my, the noise is much more than I remembered even in positions 2 and 4. If I touch the trem springs it goes much down. Already resoldered the connection there - no change. I compared it to the pther guitar in the room right now (Doozy set on the HB position) and there is a difference. Vol Tone wise there is no difference, Being that I did not unsolder any pup/pot/stitch, (only the output jack and trem claw), what are your thoughts?

I always see getting the output jacks wrong create major hayhem, so I don't think that's the issue. So why do I touch the trem springs and it gets to where I think it was before? A second try cold solder joint on the trem claw? What say you?

Check the output jack. The trem claw does nothing for your signal. It doesn't even need to be grounded for your guitar to work and remain quiet.  Any ground you touch will give the same results. You could have a poor solder joint, frayed wire or even some stray solder. That's where I'd be lookin first.

I went through a similar noise emergency last year. The fact that two construction cranes with radio traffic had popped up within one street of me didn't help either since that was probably interfering as well. In my situation it was discovered that the bridge had not been grounded and I replaced my cheap cable with shielded cable and bought a shielded power strip to plug my amp into. All together it solved my noise problem. But,as you know, you just have to keep trying what might be causing it until you find the suspect. Best to you on solving it soon.
