Welcome to the herd, a Warmoth 12 string Partsmaster that local luthier Justin Kennedy and crew created in northern Cincinnati. I played a few 12 strings including Rick's and Gretsch's but either didn't like the sound, action or just outside the price range. I reached out to Justin and he suggested a Warmoth build and I couldn't be happier. The action and feel is so nice! Sounds amazing and still dialing it in with my rig. I thought this might be a unique high end submission for featured builds.

Specs:
Warmoth Order 104741
Neck - Flame Maple with Fretboard Wood Indian Rosewood (Dark), Trapezoid white pearl inlays, Tortoise Binding and stainless frets.
Body - Chambered Mahogany f-hole with Wood Quilt Maple top, Tortoise Binding in the Tiger's eye dye and Tobacco Burst rear.
Lollar Imperial Humbucker on the bridge and a Broiler on the neck.
Black Gotoh locking tuners and 12 string bridge
Riboloff volume with insulated wiring.

Welcome! I’m in the neighborhood and took both my builds to Justin to complete. I just bought another axe going to be taking soon to have him check out!

Awesome looking neck! I see he also got you with the Riboloff pot! It feels pretty cool!
thanks man! Our band is Mel R Key here in town and I practiced with it Weds, sounded so cool. It plays like a 6 string. I tried to find one of your builds here, but didn't see a post. Share if you have some pics. We'll be at Amvets Post 1983 in Hamilton on 1/31 and Fairfield Pub on the 3/27 if you happen to be out and about. - Jeff
