We have tried all sorts of chrome paints but the end product always has issues. We would love to find chrome that actually looks like chrome. Most chrome paint jobs look ok in the picture but up close and in person they look pretty bad.

We tried Alsa but had poor results. We also tried other brands with better results but not anything we would want to sell.

sounds like y'all weren't doing something right then. That's when you call in a rep to show you the correct way to use it..

Yea the Rep. caused us to waste a lot of time and material. He wanted us to buy some crazy expensive spray gun. If you have any info. you would like to share were always open to it PM me if you like.

But according to their website, you shouldn't need a special spray gun...
"MirraChrome is applied using standard HVLP spray guns or Air Brushes. It is an easy and forgiving paint to work with, as long as you apply it with heavy air and a light volume of paint coming out of the gun, so that you just "mist" it over the surface until you have an even deposition.

However, the key to achieving the highest mirror-like reflectivity lies in the surface preparation of the object you are painting."

I cannot imagine anyone describing their product as "easy to use" just so they can sell a bunch of it.


It may actually BE easy to use, but website copy is as good as the paper it's printed on.
