alder and p90

Lots of "special" telecasters have a p90 in the neck position... I don't see why you shouldn't....

I have a chambered alder Tele with P-94 (P-90 with the size of a humbucker) and it sounds amazing!

Can't imagine any reason why that wouldn't sound good.  I have an ash bodied guitar that sounds fantastic with P90s...there is no reason to constrain yourself to the traditional Gibson mahogany with P90s.
