About the ordering custom body and neck

When you buy the body and the neck, do you get the square metal plate that holds body and the neck together? and i was wondering if warmoth also gives you the back plastic cover for the stratocaster body shape.
If not, anyone know where to buy those 2 items?

you mean if its rear routed? thenthe body will come with a control cavity cover, but not the neck plate
