So I am wanting to run my egnater rebel 20 and my BlackHeart Little Giant together through their respective cabs...at the same time. what are some good pedals for this that I wont have to go broke on???

This won't allow you to switch between them, but your post doesn't mention that.  This will work to run both at the same time, always.  Just put it at the end of the signal chain going to each amp.  Or, you could just use the line out or effects send from one amp into the input of the other using just a cable.

Sooo I can just run a cable from the effects loop "send" port into the input of a 2nd amp and cap?? that just seems too simple to work hahaha

Yup.  Just make extra special sure it's the effects send and not the powered out for an extension speaker.
